KSO MODULE

KSO MODULE

The module contains an additional program which allows it to recognize transpositions; this means that you can play an Opening variation that the computer does not know, but the moment your line yields a position identical to the line that the computer knows, it intelligently recognizes it and begins playing from Book again. This triples the size and effectiveness of the book. You will notice that the computer takes about another second to reply to any moves from Book; this is the transposition checker in action.

KASPAROV SELECTED OPENINGS feature many of Garry Kasparov’s favorite opening lines including some new variations established at the recent World Championship match. Many of the variations have been recommended by Kasparov’s books and commentary. These lead to a lively style focusing on active piece play as favored by the world’s highest rated player.

In total some 16,000 active opening sequences are now available with the module. This variety and depth makes the KSO module ideal for studying Opening theory and a strengthened game overall.
