Ron Nelson reported that in 1996/1997 he had just completed his line of 6805 processor games and the manufacturing was bid between Eric White’s & David Levy’s Hong Kong manufacturing company and another Hong Kong electronics company named Same Time Ltd., established in 1982. Same Time provided Excalibur a fantastic proposal and this launched the severance of Excalibur connections to Eric White and David Levy, thereby making Excalibur Electronics an independent developer of electronic games who contracted the manufacturing directly with Hong Kong production companies.

As a result, Excalibur Travel Kingmaster II was one of these new line of Excalibur products whose manufacturing was contracted to Same Time Ltd. in Hong Kong.
